Jost has nearly two decades of experience in professional facilitation and nearly a decade in Futures Thinking. He is Certified Professional Facilitator - Master by the Intern. Association of Facilitators. He formerly worked for the German Development Cooperation in India.

Apple has been with the Change Initiative from its beginning. She does not oversee only all financial operations of the company, but is in charge of all event services such as event management.

Pema is in charge of all social media and documentation services at The Change Initiative. She has preveiously worked for various organization as a a consultant or communication & social media expert.
