The Change Initiative supports EMGN Training Academies again

In July 2020 Jost Wagner of The Change Initiative supported the design and lead facilitation of the Summer Academy on Digital Transformation for Credit Guarantee Institutions is organised by the Euro-Mediterranean Guarantee Network (EMGN) and is part of its activities in the field of peer-to-peer learning and capacity development. The Summer Academy just as EMGN itself is promoted by the Euro-Mediterranean Economists Association (EMEA), the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ)

Beginning of 2021 TCI also supported the 2nd EMGN Winter Academy on Risk Management with the Frankfurt School of Management and Finance in the lead. Both events were a big success with excellent feedback by the participants coming from various Credit Guarantee Institutions (CGI)  in the MENA region. Especially the excellent resource persons paired with highly interactive methods in adult education and a professional facilitator who will guide the group through the whole process.were part of the success. Now we are supporting for the 3rd time working with the EMGN and their supporting organizations on developing a 3rd course with a focus on Futures Thinking and Strategic Foresight and Strategy Transformation. The third academy is scheduled for October 2021.
